High Voltage Gym http://www.highvoltagegym.net/ has a treadmill and some elliptical machines. I've arranged to take the next 4 Tuesdays off as personal days from work, and plan to do some serious treadmill miles. I was going to go today but have a good excuse, my lower back is DONE from shoveling out fire hydrants in our fire department's First Due area (Trappe and much of Upper Providence Township) for four hours last night. I just didn't figure I'd end up with a good run due to being already ragged out, so I'll start next week and hit the gym tonight instead.
I was seriously dreading the concept of the treadmill...but I've had an epiphany on that. It's gonna be around 65 degrees in the gym, which just happens to be the expected high temperature in southern New Mexico at the end of March. So it might actually be a very good idea...the treadmill might suck to be on for 4-5 hours, but it may help me acclimate some to the expected weather.

I still think you ought to consider that 5-mile trail in Valley Forge that is supposedly cleared regularly throughout the winter. :) Anything's gotta be better than 6 hours on a treadmill!
